Go Green!

Happy week of St Patrick's Day Free Smilies courtesy of www.GreenSmilies.com!

Revolve Tour Girls' Event in Lakeland is finally here Smiley! We are leaving from the Youth Center THIS Friday (March 18th) at 4 p.m., and we will be back by 7:30 p.m. on Saturday night. We still have one spot left, if you're interested! One of the artists at this year's Revolve is Kathryn McCormick, who was on So You Think You Can Dance. Here's one of her powerful performances:

Our March Youth Council meeting
Smiley is Tuesday night (3/15) from 7-8 p.m. in the Upstairs Conference Room (NOT the library)! Don't forget--All Service Day 2011 will be on Sunday, May 1st!

Our pictures this week are from Sunday's EYC, where we played a game of Redneck baseball (with a broom as a bat). Check out the teeth!

Happening #120 (a weekend at Camp Weed for 9th-12th graders) is coming up on April 1-3 Smiley! We have 5 St Mark's people on team, and this is the first Happening that 9th graders can attend! If you're interested, click here for more info (or here to sign up)! Applications are due THIS Wednesday (March 16th).

I'm coming to eat lunch at Bolles Bartram Campus on Wednesday (3/16) Smiley! If you're a Bolles Middle Schooler, make sure to come say hey!

Angels for Allison (a charity that helps families who have lost a child, in honor of Allison Haramis) has asked St Mark's EYC to come help make angels on Sunday, April 3rd. We will need drivers to drive the group from the church. Please let me know if you can help with this worthwhile project!

Random Holiday Free smiley Face Courtesy of www.Freesmileys.org: Today (3/14) is Potato Chip Day (click here to join in the celebration)!

Are you willing to truly Love Hungry Smiley? St Peter's Episcopal Church in Fernandina Beach is hosting the 30 Hour Famine this year on March 25th-26th! The 30 Hour Famine is a 30 hour juice fast to help change your world. Check out the website (here) and video for more info:

The 30 Hour Famine is free, and includes a Saturday evening dinner to end the fast. Let me know if you're coming, so that we can get drivers! It really is a great, surprisingly fun event.

This week, pray for Japan, and all those affected by the tsunami.
